Birthstone and Abundance Stone: Tiger's Eye
Leo is a sun sign that has many choices of birthstones. What all do have in common is that they all are yellow crystals which reflect your ruler the Sun.
You can use either the Cat's Eye or the Tiger's Eye, they both work the same for you, you can use one or the other. Wear it on the right side of your body to get the most benefit.
The Tiger's Eye has many benefits for the Leo Sun Sign. It helps constructive manifestation from your strong will, so use your power wisely. You want your power to be for self empowerment rather than power over others, and Tiger's Eye facilitates this. It also helps you see what you wish for and what you really need, and it also helps you develop your creative abilities.
Leos have issues with pride and never like to admit to faults. You can use Kunzite along with Tiger's Eye to help balance this out and bring about humility which makes you more pleasant to be around.
Once wounded or have emotional hurts, you tend to hang onto them, which creates the wounded child syndrome in you. You also do not hide your emotions and tend to air them freely and speak frankly about them, which shows up as very strong emotions to others. You can use Rhodochrosite or Rose Quartz to balance this out.
Leo's physical areas are the heart, circulatory system, and the lower back. If you have lower back pain, it could be related to sexual frustration. Ruby will release this tension and you can use Carnelian for muscle spasms. Bloodstone is good for the circulatory system and Rhodochrosite is good for the heart. Leos tend to work and play hard and Golden Topaz releases any exhaustion and brings back your energy. Golden Topaz should be worn most of the time to find balance in this area.
