Solar eclipses tend to symbolize beginnings, and lunar eclipses endings.
However, what an eclipse means for you depends on how your comprehensive astrology charts relate to the specific eclipse. Some people won't notice anything different from this eclipse but for others, it could mean a major change.
The good news is that while the symbolism of solar eclipses tends not to be beneficial, they are generally less difficult than lunar eclipses.
Eclipses and other astrological events do not make things happen or influence you, they only symbolize events and the energy behind them.
Generally, it's more difficult to see things clearly, such as the qualities and personality defects of a new acquaintance. While you might perceive new insight about an existing person or situation in your life, your judgment could be off.
For example, if you meet someone new within the period of three weeks before and up to a few days after an eclipse and feel compelled to rush to Vegas and get married, it's probably not a good idea. Pause, step back, and wait. You'll probably change your mind.
Alternatively, if you suddenly feel like your partner isn't compatible enough, know that this is a time of confusion. Wait it out and you might see things differently.
Eclipses are also not a good time to make new and important contacts, purchases, plans, or sign contracts.
